Deeply Engage in Technical Optimization and Service Upgrading, Steadily Promote Stable Development

Recently, Hebei Chuangsi Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has carried out a series of solid work focusing on the practical upgrading of steam generator products and service implementation, and improved product adaptability and service efficiency through measures that align with actual market demands.  

 

In terms of technical refinement, to meet the high requirements for steam stability in industries such as food processing and pharmaceutical manufacturing, the company has optimized the details of the heat exchange system in its existing intelligent steam generators. By adjusting the arrangement density of bionic pulse tubes and the airflow guidance design, the temperature fluctuation range during equipment operation has been further reduced. Internal tests show that the steam pressure control accuracy has increased by 15% compared with the previous level, making it more suitable for the needs of refined production scenarios. This optimization did not involve disruptive technological iteration; instead, it was mainly based on the actual operation and maintenance feedback from more than 30 cooperative enterprises in the past three years, aiming to solve minor pain points in actual production through small improvements.  

 

On the service side, the North China Regional Technical Service Center recently launched the "Point-to-Point Operation and Maintenance Upgrade Campaign", organizing an engineer team to conduct on-site inspections for 22 long-term customers in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. To address the problem of easy scaling in equipment that has been used for a long time in some enterprises, the team provided on-site guidance on pipeline cleaning and replaced new high-temperature-resistant seals free of charge, helping customers extend the stable operation cycle of the equipment. According to the service director, this campaign focused on equipment "health maintenance", solved more than 40 daily operation and maintenance issues in total, and a regular inspection mechanism will be established in the future to improve the timeliness of service responses.  

 

In addition, the company recently organized its technical backbones to participate in the "Green Manufacturing Policies Entering Enterprises" special training held by the local industry and information technology department, systematically learning the latest application standards for technological transformation subsidies and technical specifications for ultra-low emissions. Based on the training content, the technical team is sorting out the environmental protection parameters and energy-saving data of existing products, and plans to assist cooperative small and medium-sized enterprises in accessing policy support to reduce equipment upgrading costs.  

 

"We focus more on solidifying products and delivering quality services," said the supervisor of the company's technical service department. "These daily optimizations and connections, though unremarkable, can truly solve problems for customers, which is what we value most." Currently, the relevant technical optimization schemes have been simultaneously applied to the production of new orders, and the service upgrade campaign will gradually expand to customers in the East China region.
